We like to set up an initial chat to hear a bit about what you’ve got in mind, then we’ll generally come back with 2 options for you to choose from.
All our prices and packages are bespoke to suit each couple.

Preparing together + on-the-day coordination
This option is perfect for couples looking for assistance with planning in the final months leading up to their day. We will work together to get everything sorted for your wedding day, from drawing up a list of all the things that need doing and making sure we’ve got your suppliers lined up and properly briefed. We’ll generally kick this process off a number of months before your big day but exactly when this happens is something we can chat about.

On-the-day coordination
This option is really about you having the peace of mind that someone’s there on the day to make sure the day runs smoothly from start to finish. We basically make things happen exactly as they should, exactly when they should. With this option we’ll set up a meeting or two to go through how your day will run well in advance of the main event.

Somewhere in between
Our option for when the support you need doesn’t fit neatly into either of the first two options. Exactly what this looks like is something we can talk through together.

We pride ourselves on making bespoke packages to suit each couple and their needs for their big day. Extras like site visits, day before set up and even extra support with planning are all areas we consider when building your package.
